SEO for real estate agencies in Tirana

Tirana's property market has two audiences with completely different behaviour: local buyers searching by neighbourhood and price per square metre, and foreign buyers searching in English who need the legal process explained. Most agencies serve only the first group, and not particularly well.

Why work with us

Where customers are lost today

The most common technical problem at real estate agencies is that listings are not indexed.

  • Listings loaded via JavaScript and therefore unindexable
  • No pages for specific Tirana neighbourhoods and areas
  • Sold listings that disappear, breaking links and shedding authority
  • No English version for foreign buyers and the diaspora

How your customers search

Buying a property is the longest decision anyone makes online.

  • Area: “apartment in Astir”, “flats near Tirana lake”, “apartment Komuna e Parisit”
  • Type: “two-bedroom apartment Tirana”, “studio for rent Tirana”, “villa for sale Tirana”
  • Price: “price per square metre Tirana 2026”, “cheap apartments Tirana”
  • Process: “how to buy property in Albania”, “property taxes Albania”

How does it work?

The work follows the same order for every client, because the steps depend on each other.

  • 1. Server-rendered listings, so Google can see them without executing JavaScript.
  • 2. A page for each main Tirana area, with indicative prices, characteristics, and current listings.
  • 3. A policy for sold properties: keep the pages marked “sold” and link to similar ones rather than deleting.
  • 4. An English version for foreign buyers and the diaspora, explaining the legal process.

What we would measure

The long cycle means measurement has to look at the top of the funnel, not just sales.

  • How many listings are actually indexed in Google
  • Traffic and enquiries per neighbourhood page
  • English-language searches and enquiries
  • Traffic from process guides and how much of it returns later

Answers before you book.

  • Do not delete them. A deleted page loses whatever authority it had built and creates 404 errors. Instead keep the page, mark it clearly as sold, and add links to similar properties still on the market. That retains the traffic and converts it into enquiries. If you genuinely must remove it, 301 redirect to the relevant area page.
