We only collect data you voluntarily provide through the contact/booking form, plus minimal technical data for security:

• Email address
• Company name (optional)
• The service you're interested in
• The message you write
• Meeting date and time (if you book a consultation)
• IP address and request time (temporarily, only for abuse/spam prevention)

3. How we use your data and legal basis

We use your data for these purposes:

• To respond to your request and communicate about your project (basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps)
• To create and manage the meeting in Google Calendar / Google Meet (basis: your consent)
• For website security and abuse prevention (basis: our legitimate interest)

4. Third parties that process data

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate:

• Google (Gmail / Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Google Meet) — for sending emails and managing meetings
• Resend — for sending transactional emails (when enabled)
• Vercel — website hosting and request processing

5. International transfers

Some of our providers (e.g. Google, Resend, Vercel) may process data outside Albania or the EU. In such cases they apply standard safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact and meeting data only as long as necessary to respond and maintain the relationship, then delete or anonymize it. IP data used for rate-limiting is stored temporarily and cleared automatically within minutes.

7. Your rights

Under Albanian data protection law and the GDPR (where applicable), you have the right to:

• Request access to your data
• Request correction or deletion
• Restrict or object to processing
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner

8. Cookies
