The short answer
The most common technical mistakes on Albanian sites are: content loaded via JavaScript that Google never sees, the same title on every page, no usable mobile version, and text placed inside images. None of these needs a budget to fix; they need attention.
1. Content Google cannot see
This is the most expensive and most invisible mistake. Many sites built from templates or visual builders load products, listings, or services with JavaScript after the page opens. You see the content in your browser, but Google often does not.
Check it yourself: open the page, right-click and choose “View page source”, then search for a sentence from your text. If it is not there, there is a good chance Google does not see it either.
2. The same title everywhere
Many sites carry the same title on every page, usually the business name. That means neither the services page, nor the contact page, nor any other page can rank for anything specific, because none of them tells Google what it is about.
Every page needs its own title under sixty characters and a description under a hundred and fifty-five that describe that specific page.
3. Text inside images
Restaurant menus as PDFs, price lists as photos, class schedules as Instagram screenshots. Google does not read text inside an image, so all of that content is invisible to search. This is the single most common mistake among service businesses.
4. Mobile that cannot be used
Over eighty percent of local traffic in Albania comes from phones, often on slow 4G. If the site takes more than three seconds to load, or if the buttons are too small to tap, you are losing visitors before they read anything.

5. No Search Console at all
This is not a site mistake but a process one, and it is what keeps all the others hidden. Google Search Console is free and shows you exactly which pages are indexed, which searches you appear for, and which errors Google has found.
If an agency works with you and you have no access to Search Console, you cannot verify a single claim they make. Ask for access today; the account should be in your name.
